GreenJuice Has the Solutions to Any Electronic Vehicle Problems

Electric vehicles are good for the planet, but are they worth investing time in? GreenJuice is proving that they are. GreenJuice is committed to providing better, faster, and more accessible charging stations for EVs, saving you time and making purchasing an EV more attractive.

Christian Trippler and David Casey started GreenJuice six years ago after purchasing their first EV. They noticed that long wait times at charging stations were a consistent problem for EV owners and a deterrent for those contemplating investing in an EV. Typical EV chargers are Level 3 chargers, meaning it takes 20 to 40 minutes to charge a vehicle completely. While this may seem like a short amount of time, it is an eternity compared to the five minutes it takes to fill a car’s gas tank. The charging time can cause long lines to form, which lasts around two hours. Trippler and Casey were determined to find a solution to this problem.

GreenJuice approaches EV charging issues from several angles. The company aims to install more EV charging stations nationwide at convenient locations like grocery stores, gyms, office buildings, apartment complexes, and hotels. GreenJuice already has a partnership with Marriott. The second prong of their approach is cutting down charging times. Most existing EV chargers are Level 3 chargers with an average uptime of 90%. GreenJuice has achieved an uptime of 99.985% over the last six months, cutting down actual charging time and the number of people waiting to charge. EV drivers can confidently arrive at a GreenJuice station and charge anytime.

Another obstacle for GreenJuice is the property owner’s reluctance to install charging stations. The electric vehicle market is relatively new, and property owners are unsure whether they are here to stay. GreenJuice works with clients to find the correct electronic power for the charging stations and provides additional marketing support for the chargers. GreenJuice ensures that the property’s new charging stations are easy to find on Apple Maps and Google Maps and offers coupons through mapping apps. GreenJuice does not just install chargers and move on to the next client. The company maintains strong working relationships with clients to ensure high-quality customer experiences.

Over the next two to three years, GreenJuice has significant goals for expansion. The company aims to make EV chargers common at places you visit daily so you do not have to go out of your way to charge your EV. GreenJuice plans to implement over 1,000 EV chargers on the West Coast soon and install even more chargers nationwide. The ultimate goal is to place chargers conveniently and make electric vehicle charging as accessible as visiting a gas station.

For many, electric vehicles still feel like a thing of the future, but GreenJuice aims to show the world that the future is now. Carbon emissions from cars are one of the leading environmental concerns, but it is too much of a disruption for many people to switch to EVs. GreenJuice is providing solutions for charging stations to fix this problem and help save the planet.
