FRMD, Digital Art Service, Launches in New York Presenting Show Me Peace|War|Life in partnership with Mriya Gallery

FRMD, the new digital art service revolutionizing how exhibitions and art collections are displayed  will celebrate its U.S. launch with an evocative exhibition entitled Show Me Peace|War|Life at Mriya Gallery in Tribeca, open to the public from November 21st – 30th.

FRMD Founder Max Stanšić will host a VIP preview on November 20th from 6: 30 p.m. to 9 p.m.

The idea of an exhibition was created after Hackathon – an international digital competition from 18-20 October, which was run by FRMD and welcomed from over 17 online teams. Curated by Olesya Shevchuk, Show Me Peace|War|Life was chosen as the first prize winner and features the talents of artists Olha Lets, Kormach Alisa, and Vladyslav Diachenko. This project, which uses various media like VR technology, aims to show how the peculiarities of personal experience are intertwined with global challenges, to encourage reflection on one’s place in the world, and to encourage rethinking and reshaping the future.

The exhibition will feature three different components, each encouraging the audience to reflect on how war and personal circumstances, and life experiences alter our perception of reality.  The viewer’s eye-opening exhibition journey will include drone photos and videos created by Kostiantyn and Vlada Liberov (LIBKOS) featuring heartbreaking scenes which has devastated the country over the past three years. Then, the viewer will be transported back to 9/11 using a VR headset—the fall of the Twin Towers in lower Manhattan. From there, the viewer will see the devastation of the Mariupol Drama Theater in Ukraine in March of 2022. The final installment of the exhibition will showcase the future after all these terrible moments in our lives.

“We are showing the public that apocalypses are a part of every life. You can be a part of the tragedy, or you can be many miles away – it will influence you, and it will make you stronger. From my perspective, the main point is that after the apocalypse, there is life we must live and find the strength to make it happy in the future, “said Anna Avetova, curator at FRMD.

“The concept of the project takes place in a deep analysis of the devastating consequences of war and tragedies, as well as in the lessons that we can learn from the history that happened to us. Visitors immerse themselves in modern history through three main zones, exploring the essence of destruction and post-apocalyptic possibilities,” said Olesya Shevchuk.

FRMD will showcase each digital art piece in its signature digital frames, which enable a secure and seamless display of artwork, photos, and videos. These frames are incredibly versatile, making them perfect additions to art galleries, residences, offices, restaurants, hotels, and more. FRMD effortlessly integrates digital and physical art and allows users to control and manage their content with access to an array of international digital art through the FRMD app.

“Launching FRMD in America is an incredible milestone for us. The U.S. is a vibrant hub for digital innovation and contemporary art, making it the perfect environment for our digital frames. We’re excited to bring artists, collectors, and galleries an entirely new way to showcase digital art—transforming spaces and immersing audiences in visual experiences like never before. It’s not just about frames; it’s about redefining how art lives and interacts in our everyday environments.” Said Max Stanišić, Founder of FRMD.
