“The unique thing about Fotos-Locos LLC is that we are not afraid to go beyond societal norms,” Carlos shared. “We seek to talk about a wide variety of subjects and emotions while sending a powerful message by telling the story of an LGBT+ minority member in the Big Apple,” he added.
