Helping clients to stay fit, healthy, and live their lives to the fullest is not just a livelihood for fitness coach Sarah Alysse. The advocacy to stay healthy by teaching clients how to manage their stress and apply consistent self-care is something very close to her heart as it is something that she applies in her life as a personal choice and an initiative to help people avoid what her father went through. While dancing is Sarah’s primary passion in life, the certified Pilates instructor believes that she will be able to help more people by choosing to focus on fitness.
Sarah Alysse became more mindful of fitness in general during the time her father was diagnosed with Stage IV Kidney Cancer. The cancer cells eventually metastasized to his lunch and his brain in the long run. After her father passed away, Sarah decided to make it her life’s biggest goal to help people create a more balanced way of life. This also means coaching people to pursue their career and personal goals without compromising their overall well-being.
By helping her clients identify the root of their health issues, she is empowering them to revisit specific areas in their lives that they need to come to terms with in order to reduce their stressors. Sarah Alysse uses an effective and simple three-pillar solution to success that includes stress management or self-care, fitness, and nutrition. Not only will her clients learn to manage their stress better, but they will also learn to prioritize themselves, eat the proper food that will boost their immune system, and stay physically strong no matter how full their work schedule gets.
Interestingly, the NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Integrative Nutrition Health Coach approaches her clients’ problems differently – by starting from the inside until the good that is left within manifests on the outside. When doing individual sessions with clients, she teaches them to understand their brain-gut connection, developing mindfulness where it concerns their stressors in life, and improving their fitness performance with functional and easy to execute movements. Sarah Alysse likes creating personal fitness programs for her clients, understanding that people have different needs and physical abilities.
At the end of the day, stress reduction is something that Sarah wants her clients to experience so that they can breathe a little better amidst life’s most challenging times. Her training enables her to approach client problems appropriately, helping them make sense of what their bodies and minds are going through. As early as now, Sarah Alysse envisions so many feats for herself and her career. She looks forward to writing a book that will reveal her personal journey with stress and how she managed to overcome it. Additionally, she aspires to be able to give sound and helpful advice about stress reduction through her podcast, Stress-Free SOULutions with Sarah in the future. She intends to invite guests in her podcast, experts who can best speak about the inner challenges that people go through when they are faced with immense stress. All of these she will be doing passionately, as she commits her life to helping people remove themselves from their limited belief systems.
