Dr. Malda Aldaoudi States Different Types of Wrinkles and How to Treat Them

Wrinkle! These are the words that scare the living daylights out of people. Being unfamiliar with this word can lead to treating your wrinkles incorrectly. Thus, aesthetic dermatologist Dr. Malda Aldaoudi has shared a few tricks up your sleeve to keep your face smooth. She has underlined a few common types of wrinkles and how you can get rid of them in terms of medical solutions. So, keep reading…

First, she talks about ‘crow’s feet’ which appear when the tiny muscles contract in the outer corner of your eyes as you experience the different emotions that influence your facial expressions like laughter, stress, grief, and sadness. Dr. Malda says that this kind of wrinkle can be easily treated with Botox.

Second, she underlines the ‘bunny lines’ that appear on either side of your nose when you wrinkle it. They are caused by repeating certain facial expressions, and these lines can be a natural part of growing older. This, too, can be treated with Botox.

Third, Dr. Malda Aldaoudi talks about ‘barcode lines’. These occur not only due to loss of tone but also because of repeated muscle contractions. They are predominantly seen on female faces and represent alternating thin and thick lines that are usually seen on product packaging. According to the dermatologist, this can be treated with Botox as well as fillers.

Fourth, she points out those ‘frown lines,’ which are deep vertical lines that develop on the forehead. These may also occur on the corners of the mouth. Dr. Malda says that these can be cured through Botox. Besides these, other common types of wrinkles include forehead lines, tears through, nasolabial folds, vertical lip lines, etc.

Dr. Malda Aldaoudi has briefly talked about these wrinkles in her lectures, seminars, and also a few of her Instagram posts. She has always imparted her wisdom to others so that they can benefit from it. It’s been over a decade since she’s been changing people’s lives with her mastery. Having completed her education at Damascus University, she is also a member of the American Academy of Dermatology and the European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology.

The doctor is currently pursuing her master’s degree at Harvard University. Dr. Malda also acquired maximum shares at Dubai’s premium aesthetic and cosmetic medical service provider, Eternel Clinic. We wish her good luck in her future ventures.
