David Nso was born and raised in Cameroon. He moved to the USA as a young adult and went to University of Maryland, Baltimore County, and worked hard and always aimed to start his own business. He got multiple disappointments as well as failures in this, but he understood that failures are just a part of life and the first step towards success. He never gave up on his dream and kept working hard to start his own business. At a point, he lost it all, but David decided to start right from the beginning again.

Starting all over again he got his old job back and some days he had to sleep in a gym because he had no place to live. He took on as many clients as he could and never doubted his own ability. Today David Nso is a well-known fitness trainer in the Hamptons and NYC. He strongly believes that ” Fitness is more than exercise- it’s a complete lifestyle. You are what you eat, his unique formula for health is 80% nutrition and 20℅ exercise.

He is also a business owner which is known as NsoNewYork. NsoNewYork is an active lifestyle brand that is comfortable while stylish. Blending his love for fitness, fashion, and overall comfort, David created NsoNewYork to share his passion with the world. NsoNewYork embodies David’s style and his roots, as such part of the proceeds will be donated to the Nso Inspired Foundation to fund projects for those in need.

David Nso also runs a foundation known as Nso Inspired Foundation. This foundation was found in 2015 to serve the people and faces of his native home of Cameroon; a foundation where it continues to celebrate and share the message to God’s desire to continually be helping people throughout its homeland.
