Business Consultant Jessica Barnes Promotes the Value of Mental Health for Entrepreneurs

In our fast-paced, high-tech world where almost anything is at the tip of our fingers, many of us turn to digital platforms to learn about various topics. From the simplest things like cooking to more complex topics such as how to build your own e-commerce business at home, many successful people these days are products of digital mentorship.

There are numerous online platforms to choose from, which equip enthusiasts with information about almost anything under the sun. One of these platforms on the rise is S.W.a.G Consulting, currently one of the top companies aiming to provide knowledge for those who seek it.

S.W.a.G Consulting provides its clients with a wide spectrum of products and services with one simple goal—to produce successful and happy entrepreneurs. The name of the company is a clever abbreviation for its motto, which reads, “See It, Want It, and Get It!”

The company assists business owners who wish to legally start their businesses while offering insights to help cultivate their mindset and vision. Intuitive Development, Live Coaching Sessions, Business Plan Consulting, One-on-One Coaching Services, Contract Review & Negotiation, Choosing a Business Entity & the Legalities, Branding Your Business – How-To, and Business Plan & Contract Templates are among their offerings.

Jessica Barnes, S.W.a.G’s CEO and founder, shares, “My goal isn’t to price gauge but to educate and make the process as seamless as possible.” The business consultant has over 15 years of experience in business management, along with her degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology, of which she graduated Cum Laude. She is also a holder of a doctoral degree in law, which she obtained in the William and Mary School of Law.

Moreover, Jessica has had her share of experience working in the public sector earlier on in her life, which includes working with various government agencies such as the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), General Services Administration (GSA), and various agencies within the Department of Defense (DoD)  among others.

Jessica prides herself on building S.W.a.G. and continues to pour efforts towards establishing more innovative ways to help fellow business owners through the company. She has a signature course offering called “Dream Designer,” which implements a mix of technical and practical knowledge approach on business. Jessica is eager to share her personal insights as well with her audiences. She writes on her blog entry on S.W.a.G.’s website entitled “Perfectionism”: “If I may say so myself, as an entrepreneur, perfectionism is absolutely your worst enemy. The crazy thing is, it doesn’t only apply to entrepreneurship. It is with everything in life, really. Perfectionism will create fear so crippling that we’re frozen in our steps, and we never set out to achieve the goals that we’ve planned for ourselves. In all aspects of life, perfection is unattainable, and for some, the quest for perfection leads to altering our bodies, depression, and even people taking their lives, among other things. Accepting ourselves for who we are, what we are, what we do, and what we have to offer, these things are the key to success. Realizing this is one of the first steps to changing your reality.”

According to S.W.a.G’s CEO, her ultimate goal is to help others live in their purpose, bring them peace of mind, and help them maintain good mental health, which would equip them to start a business that makes them happy while generating good income.
