AquaWise is Set to Provide Accessible Water in Latin America in 2023

After successfully setting up its first two corporate offices in Singapore and China, AquaWise is now expanding its operations to the Latin American market, starting with Ecuador. The company has one goal in mind: to make every family the owner of their own source of pure water made out of air.

Operated by Andres Toro-Runruil, AquaWise is an initiative that aims to provide accessible water for several communities using space technology that turns atmospheric air into liquid water. The brand is the first water maker to produce 50 liters per day from atmospheric air. Furthermore, it has seven filters to guarantee water quality and ultraviolet light to complete the process.

Just recently, CEO Andres Toro-Runruil has chosen artist and former Ecuadorian public servant Jacob Cepeda to be the voice of AquaWise Ec and its brand ambassador for Latin America and Caribe. “Such an idea has called my attention in times where people suffer from dehydration or digestive problems from contaminated water,” Jacob said. “The fact that they trust me to be their brand ambassador and have chosen my country to start operations in South America honors me.”

Jacob is not new to public service. In fact, he worked in the field of communication affairs in three different governments and started his career as a publicist for notable brands like Oster, Telmex, and Nike.

“AquaWise wants to improve and promote access to quality water to all the families and communities in the world, and I feel I identify with their purpose, corporate values, and drivers,” he proudly shared.

AquaWise is a solution for people around the world that have water shortage problems. The company will start its operations in South America in January 2023.
