The journey toward success was not without its challenges, especially with the war casting a shadow over her homeland. To protect her family’s safety, she decided to relocate to the United States with the assistance of the United for Ukraine initiative. Although this decision was far from easy, Anna has always considered Los Angeles a dream city and a place offering a lot of opportunities for digital specialists.

With a determined spirit, she embarked on a new chapter of her life in California and registered her agency on the American market to continue her professional activity. Currently, the organization specializes in providing social media services to local small businesses.

The agency helps unlock the true potential of its brands in the digital realm. Through her scrupulous approach and deep understanding of social media dynamics, Anna helps to transform the online presence of her clients and lift their businesses to new heights of success.

In Europe, after the start of the war, Anna also had the opportunity to work on a captivating project that involved creating an online pop-up store showcasing Ukrainian brands. The project held great significance, as she had encountered numerous individuals from Ukraine who expressed a desire to purchase products originating from their homeland, which had been impacted by the war. This added even more value to the project — providing a platform for Ukrainians to reconnect with their country.

According to the consultant, one of the distinctive features of working with American clients is the great openness to changes in their business vision and mindset, which provides an opportunity to use experimental tactics in business strategy.

After moving to California, she also recognized the significance of networking in business development. Eager to establish herself in the local entrepreneurial ecosystem, she embarked on a unique approach to forge meaningful connections and offer her expertise.

Nosok started organizing exclusive brunch events for entrepreneurs. These gatherings provided a platform for like-minded individuals to come together, share ideas, and build valuable relationships. Anna’s genuine passion for fostering a supportive community was evident in every meticulously planned event.

During these brunches, Anna not only facilitated organic networking opportunities but also showcased her consulting prowess. By recognizing that a personal touch goes a long way, she generously offered free consulting services to attendees. Entrepreneurs were quick to recognize the immense value she brought to the table, and several of them became her clients.

Now, while the agency is constantly evolving and growing, she remains true to her roots, using her success as a platform to give back to her community.
