Eventually, Alexander realized that he needed to make some major changes in his life if he was going to make it to the top of the solar industry.
“I borrowed $4,000 from my grandmother so I could ship my car to California and pay the security deposit at my apartment. With no money in the bank to cover next month’s rent and locked into a 12-month lease, I definitely ‘burned my ships’ and had to put my head down and focus,” the entrepreneur shared, reflecting on the start of his journey selling solar.
Alexander would move to Florida in the early months of the pandemic working at KOTA Energy Group. Coupled with his prior experience, he would part ways from KOTA to start his own company, giving birth to Spartan Solar. “It was just a few of us back then, and we were working out of my living room, running meetings at my house for the next three months,” Alexander reveals.
Since then Spartan Solar has grown exponentially, not only providing an attractive alternative solution to homeowners’ energy problems, but also providing its sales force with a high energy culture to help cultivate every individual to hit their goals.
