Yet despite the outward success, Alena shared, “I found myself relentlessly pushing to prove my worth and ignoring my feminine energy, driving myself to perform by relying solely on the masculine, hustle-and-grind mentality.”

Eventually, she reached a breaking point, feeling burnt out, stressed, and disconnected from herself. Today, her company is a beacon of global leadership. In 2023, the company achieved The BIZZ recognition at WORLDCOB, a prestigious award highlighting excellence and innovation in business practices. Not stopping there, Alonafish OU consistently received an Elite Strongest in Estonia AA rating for multiple years, showcasing a dedication to economic excellence and significant contributions to Estonia’s business landscape.

What started as a solo venture has transformed into an 8-figure enterprise with a team of 15 professionals. Furthermore, Alonafish OU is a representative of Pacific Seafood, a renowned American seafood company with a legacy dating back to 1941, solidifying the company’s commitment to quality, integrity, and a rich heritage in the fish industry.
