When you do the work and get to see the results of your discipline over time you get to see not only growth but how by making that promise to yourself and holding yourself accountable makes you trust your own opinion more.

Another thing Aaron touched upon is having a purpose, if you don’t have a greater purpose than making money you will have trouble reaching your goals long term. You have to have a purpose that correlates to money making activities, for Aaron this is helping others. When Aaron helps others, whether it is a client shopping real estate or training his team he still makes money.
