Q: You’ve led quite the journey from your origins in Tehran. What early experiences sparked your profound passion for this field? 

A: From a very young age, I was endlessly fascinated by the power of aesthetics and adornment to uplift one’s spirit and connect communities. Growing up in Tehran, I witnessed firsthand how even small acts of beautification through makeup, hairstyling, and dress could positively impact mood and morale. This gave me an early appreciation for beauty’s emotional significance. When I began my medical studies in Germany, I found the artistic pursuits of hair and makeup to be a genuinely fulfilling creative outlet that allowed me to explore beautification on a deeper level. Seeing the tangible happiness and joy I could spread through clients with what seemed like relatively minor transformations was so rewarding that I dropped out of the university and studied cosmetology.

That lit a passionate fire within me to pursue beauty as more than a superficial practice but a way to cultivate confidence, connection, and care within individuals and society. 

Q: You’ve amassed over two decades of experience working with A-list celebrities in London and Hollywood. How have your techniques and philosophies evolved? 

A: Experientially, over my 25-year career, I’ve learned that true beauty emanates from a place of inner radiance, self-acceptance, and authentic self-expression – not superficial trends or fleeting notions of physical “perfection.” My methods have evolved to emphasize subtly accentuating clients’ most desirable natural features and traits rather than superficial changes or masks. Quality time, focus, and a calm environment allow me to understand clients holistically – their aspirations, values, insecurities, and what they admire most about their appearance and self. This insight informative looks that genuinely reflect their soul and individual flair rather than surface-level trends. Products also feel lighter, using ingredients that nourish and care for the skin on a cellular level rather than provide temporary alterations. My goals transformed from a place of hollow transformation to one of empowered discovery and nurturing innate beauty from within. 

Q: Can clients expect any new techniques in the coming season? 

A: As nature’s seasons shift and change, our approaches to aesthetic self-care and expression must also evolve in tune. The summer embraces loose, textured styles that dance freely like beach waves in the warm breezes. Shades will feel sun-kissed and nourishing to the skin, complementing the surrounding lush greenery and golden tones of the earth. The minimal definition will allow eyes to communicate candidly as radiant smiles return. My techniques and mindset will adjust seamlessly to honor the flow and rejuvenation of this luminous season.

A: True transformation emanates from nurturing self-worth, compassion, and empowerment from within.
