Milica Dervišević Showcases Commitment to Her Mission for Timeless Beauty and Elegance

This remarkable founder, mompreneur, and beauty queen is working to redefine beauty with the power of science and wellness, striving to empower and inspire women worldwide.

While many founders have stayed consistent in their purpose of doing what they have chosen to do in their careers over the years, some have stood apart in their respective niches often because A. they work with a genuine purpose, and B. they work toward creating a positive difference in the lives of others. This has often propelled them forward, making them potentially inspiring figures for the world.

As International Women’s Day approaches on March 8, 2025, people worldwide will celebrate women’s strength, resilience, passion, and achievements. This year, Serbia’s highly regarded doctor, Milica (Antonov) Dervišević, steps onto the global stage at the Miss Europe Continental 2025 beauty pageant, representing her country in Naples, Italy. However, her journey isn’t just about beauty; it is also about longevity, health, and empowering women to embrace their unique selves at any age.

Milica Dervišević’s aesthetic medicine expertise has led her to question conventional beauty norms. She shares, “Watching women walk out of aesthetic clinics like they were churned out by a 3D printer made me reconsider healthy ageing practices.” This realisation encouraged her to explore the world of longevity medicine, where she is exploring new approaches to skincare and ageing. As an educator at Serbia’s Antiage Academy and beauty doctor at Medica Aesthetica, she is dedicated to regenerative medicine, promoting proactive rather than reactive skincare.

Speaking more on well-aging, Milica says, “We are potentially entering a new era in anti-ageing research, where longevity science may blend seamlessly with cutting-edge technology and cross-disciplinary insights to develop personalised approaches for extending skin health. Full longevity integrative science often includes all strategies scientifically proven to benefit skin health. It is also encouraging a shift in the way we perceive beauty, valuing ourselves beyond the physical aspect.” She says this revolution goes beyond temporary fixes and is more about ensuring that beauty is seen and sustained through optimal well-being.

Milica’s inspiration comes from children and new generations of women looking up to them. She wishes to give it her all for all the women before her who didn’t get the chance and all the women after her who deserve better. What she believes has helped her stand apart is how she sees people’s souls, often senses the aura, and praises the beauty in each individual. Her beauty approach is about rediscovering what’s already there and making people gentle toward themselves.

Her unique Health & Glam concept has been helping to redefine the way people perceive beauty and self-care. She believes one doesn’t have to be a celebrity to live a glamorous life, but one needs to have a healthy self in order to be glamorous. She is committed to training women to maximise skincare, minimise unnecessary cosmetic procedures, and maintain optimal nutrition for longevity. This philosophy aligns well with her participation in the Miss Europe Continental pageant, where she is on a mission to empower women to embrace beauty at any stage.

“The most beautiful woman in the room is not just the one with perfect features; she is the one who radiates health and confidence from within,” says Milica Dervišević. This mindset, she believes, can shift the focus from unrealistic beauty standards and ideals to self-acceptance and self-care. For her, true beauty often combines physical, psychological, and spiritual health. Milica often senses people’s aura and finds the beauty within them. Her goal is to encourage them to be gentler to themselves to see the beauty they already have within them. Her work in aesthetic medicine is about educating women and mentoring them to help them nurture their beauty through science-backed, sustainable practices.

As she takes the stage at Miss Europe Continental 2025, she isn’t just representing Serbia; she is also representing a potential new vision for beauty that prioritises health, self-care, and longevity.
