Claudia Turcaz boasts an illustrious career in the real estate industry that spans over 24 years. For more than a decade, she thrived as a residential resale marketing rep for Chicago Title Insurance Company, starting her career in 1997. After over 18 years with the company, she would depart to venture into a career of loan origination, where her prior experience has been beneficial in her endeavors.

The real estate expert would bring her expertise to First Cal, where she found her footing as a loan originator before joining the Cross Country Mortgage team as a loan officer. Claudia would later take her experience with her to All Western Mortgage. Regardless of where she is, the enthusiastic Claudia strives to inject her passion into everything she does.

“I believe that what makes you successful is to find something that you love to do and then offer it to others,” she explained. “Sustainable homeownership is something I have always been passionate about, and now I get to be a part of The American Dream and assist in homeownership through the loan qualification process.”

As a professional, Claudia strives to get her clients pre-approved, placing them into a favorable position that can allow them to come off as a strong and qualified buyer when the time comes to make an offer. Her time in the real estate industry has given her the arsenal needed to succeed. Claudia takes pride in specializing in all residential home purchases, first-time homebuyers, down payment assistance programs, condos, jumbo loans, investment, and more. Since departing All Western Mortgage, Claudia has found success as the branch manager for Direct Mortgage Funding, a company that shares her aspiration. “I am fortunate to have found a company to work for that allows me to provide exceptional and timely service.”

Whereas most people would be afraid to step out of their comfort zones and delve into something new, Claudia Turcaz embraces change as she believes it presents an opportunity to continue her life’s work from a different angle. “I have always eagerly anticipated new challenges,” she shared. “Many things have changed in our industry, but my sincere commitment to provide exceptional service to clients and agents most certainly has not.
