A: From a very young age, I was endlessly fascinated by the power of aesthetics and adornment to uplift one’s spirit and connect communities. Growing up in Tehran, I witnessed firsthand how even small acts of beautification through makeup, hairstyling, and dress could positively impact mood and morale. This gave me an early appreciation for beauty’s emotional significance. When I began my medical studies in Germany, I found the artistic pursuits of hair and makeup to be a genuinely fulfilling creative outlet that allowed me to explore beautification on a deeper level. Seeing the tangible happiness and joy I could spread through clients with what seemed like relatively minor transformations was so rewarding that I dropped out of the university and studied cosmetology.

That lit a passionate fire within me to pursue beauty as more than a superficial practice but a way to cultivate confidence, connection, and care within individuals and society. 

Q: You’ve amassed over two decades of experience working with A-list celebrities in London and Hollywood. How have your techniques and philosophies evolved? 

A: Experientially, over my 25-year career, I’ve learned that true beauty emanates from a place of inner radiance, self-acceptance, and authentic self-expression – not superficial trends or fleeting notions of physical “perfection.” My methods have evolved to emphasize subtly accentuating clients’ most desirable natural features and traits rather than superficial changes or masks.
