We know that life can take some very unexpected turns. Such was the case during a visit from a pest control company to the home of retired motivational speaker and trainer H. Stuart Kotler. It led to the birth of a highly effective motivational training program, Prospertunity, and has landed Kotler with an upcoming cover story on well-known platforms.

It’s just a question whether it will be left on the table for the next salesperson to earn.“ As to the driving factors for success, Kotler asserts that everything begins with integrity.
