Steve Trang is the founder of the Real Estate Disruptors Movement, which helps real estate business leaders get to the next level. However, his background at Intel and engineering has helped differentiate him from others in the real estate industry by helping Steve be innovative and progressive in the industry. He is now the leader of a different kind of real estate movement, which can help guide people to their own real estate success.

“I am the founder of the Real Estate Disruptors movement. The podcast has over ten thousand followers with new members of the community sharing their success story every week. I want my legacy to be to create 100 Millionaires. One of my favorite quotes is from the great Zig Ziglar: “You can have everything in life you want, if you will just help enough other people get what they want. I heard this quote when I first got into real estate, and it has stuck with me throughout my entire career. In fact, it’s essentially one of the core values that I live by.” Steve recounts.

In addition to running a podcast that gives insight into the real estate world, Steve’s background at Intel helped him create an app that is helping people jumpstart their real estate careers. The goal of his app is to make the process easier for wholesale sellers.

“The purpose of the app is to help wholesalers jump start their career faster by putting all of the buyers in one place. The hope is to minimize the challenge of building a buyer list when getting started in wholesaling.” Steve shares.

Steve’s list of accomplishments keeps going. In addition to this, Steve is the author of the book “Selling Your Home for Top Dollar: 12 Proven Strategies from Top Real Estate Agents for Getting Your Home Sold Fast at the Best Price.” He is a top real estate agent in the Phoenix area with his real estate company.

“Since starting the Brokerage in 2013, Stunning Homes Realty has over 100 agents. In the greater Phoenix area, his company has almost 1% market share. In 2019, 1 in every 130 homes was sold by Stunning Homes Realty. As a Realtor, I was a top 40 agent in Phoenix out of 40,000+ agents. I consistently sold 100 houses per year.” Recounts Steve.

Steve’s legacy will be to help create a hundred millionaires. His heart guides him to serve and allow people to achieve the same success that he has. He wants to be known as a serial entrepreneur that wants to help build more entrepreneurs, especially because he also had to face obstacles when he was first getting started.

“I was overconfident when I started. I received many humility lessons, including the housing recession from 2008 to 2011. I faced foreclosure, racked up lots of credit card debt, and had lots of intensely emotional arguments with my wife.” Steve admits

Despite all of these obstacles, Steve was still able to start six businesses before the age of 40 and grossed six million just in 2019. He knows that giving back to others is his duty as someone who knows what it is like to struggle. With his experience, he wants to help a hundred people get to the next level. In fact, he has a sales training program and trains some of the top wholesalers in the country.

“I like to take new ideas, test them on my businesses, and share what works for me. People don’t understand why I try to help so many people. They think I’m crazy.” Steve says.

Facing Danger With True Hope

William Rodda was just a normal teenager from Brisbane, Australia. Just like most other teenagers, William liked watching anime and babysitting children throughout the neighborhood. Yet, sometimes an ordinary teenager will quickly have to become a hero in a matter of an instant. For William, this was something that he had to do in the blink of an eye, without even thinking about whether or not it would work out or if he would put his life in danger.

William (@awesomewilliamrodda), a young man born in Australia, always had a simple life. He grew up loving anime and babysitting neighborhood kids and others. William’s parents own a lot of property so even at a young age, William was having to manage these properties to make sure that they have been properly maintained. One night, William was tending to his family’s 160-acre property when he realized something was wrong.

William’s family owns multiple properties throughout Brisbane and his job has always been to monitor and make sure the properties are in good standing. Yet, one night everything changed.

“I was walking between the horses and where a new building was going,” he said, adding that suddenly he realized that something was seriously amiss. In the darkness, William could see that the building was glowing red and was completely engulfed in flames.

“I ran inside and up the stairs and I even had to bash down some flaming planks and I found the child screaming,” William said, adding that fortunately, it was not too difficult to find the toddler, since he was crying extremely loudly.

“Good thing he was close to the ground too, or the smoke would have got him. I picked him up and tried to protect him as I ran for the exit.”

William (@awesomewilliamrodda) then picked up the toddler, protecting him as he ran out of the building. Ultimately, the fire brigade was incredibly happy and thankful that William ran into the building to save the poor child. It was divine intervention as William put it that he was there in order to help just at the right moment in order to save that child.

Silician Instagram influencer shakes the social media world with his growth plan

Mirko La Rosa is an Instagram influencer and expert with vast experience across different industries, haven worked with two of the biggest consulting firms in the world. Originally from Catania, Sicily, Italy, Mirko had always wanted to live a life free of the restrictions that come with working from 9 to 5. However, his journey to entrepreneurship like many other business owners was not one of the smoothest.

Mirko moved to Milan at the age of 18 to Study Business Administration at Bocconi University, one of the best universities in the country. He moved to England to study English after graduation, subsequently working for the world-leading consulting firms – PWC and Ernst & Young. He moved on to work with Accenture Italy where he rose to the position of Manager, handling international IT projects of up to € 10 million. However, Mirko could not find fulfillment in the job, earning less than $2,000 per month with more than 12 working hours daily. This made it a bit difficult to maintain a work-life balance, leading him to the path of self-discovery – social media management.

After days and weeks of hard work, which included checking all influencers, writing down a list of advertisers, and contacting them to sell the first $10 shout out, he eventually earned his first internet dollar – a $30 from a shout out, a feeling he described as “heavenly.”

Inspired by the 16-year-old online entrepreneur that rakes in thousands of dollars monthly via Instagram posts, Mirko continued to put in the work and the rest, as they say, is history. Mirko has been able to understand Monetization techniques, gaining more than 47 million followers, and employing several creative hands.

Mirko has also given back to the society, creating the first Instagram community of professional influencers (about 3k people) with a mailing list of 15k+ members all with 50k + followers even while he traveled the world. In a similar vein, Mirko was able to create a real estate business alongside some of his partners, which has grown by 40% yearly.

During Coronavirus, he also launched a new business that involved collaborations with major Italian influencers to help the Instagram community in Italy, giving away about 7.5k € in goods every month.
