Amy Cooper Is Not A Racist, Here Is Why

 

Andy Kay, owner of Kay and Associates Investigations, spoke directly to Cooper following the unfortunate incident in the park that day.  A friend of Cooper contacted Kay based on the hailstorm of negative press Amy Cooper is under.  Amy’s friend wanted Kay to set the record straight on the matter.

 

The call into the police department does not go into much detail.  In the call, Cooper states the facts, “I am in the Ramble.  There is a man, African American.  He has a bicycle helmet.  He is recording me and threatening me and my dog,” said Cooper from her recording to 911 on that fateful day.

 

Kay has spent quite a bit of time investigating the matter in some detail.  His biggest question so far is about the events leading up to the point the video starts.  He said, in part, “You have to ask yourself, what happened before the viral video began? When we see the video start, it is obviously not the start of the incident.”

 

The man in the video, Christian Cooper has stated on record prior to starting the video he spoke directly to Amy.  He said “look if you’re going to do what you want, I’m going to do what I want and you’re not going to like it.”

 

Cooper allegedly took treats from his pocket in an attempt to lure A. Cooper’s dog away from her. This action apparently instigated the confrontation and the events that followed. He went on to admit this is something he has done repeatedly in the past, “over the years, that has proven the most effective way to get a recalcitrant dog owner to put their dog on the leash because they don’t like it when a stranger feeds their dog treats.”

 

People who have seen the video are accusing Amy of extreme right-wing tendencies and a fanatical support of President Donald Trump.  Amy is actually Canadian and leans very liberally in personal and political life.  Her fear was not precipitated on the presence of an African American man or his filming.  It was out of fear C. Cooper was leading her dog away to harm it.

 

“Since then the press has jumped on the bandwagon, to my knowledge, I’m the only one who has talked to her and cared to get her story,” said Kay, “it appears to me that Christian [Cooper] should go get a job in law enforcement, or better yet, animal control.” 

 

After talking to both Amy and her closest friends, Kay felt compelled to delve deeper in the story. “She is a professional business woman with a great job that deals with every type of race and ethnic background. Every friend from every race that we have talked to about Amy has said that she is not a racist and mystified as to how seconds of a person’s life can be twisted to portray them so erroneously,” says Kay.

 

Cooper has many African American friends and was a roommate to a black male for a time. The former roommate has chosen to remain anonymous for personal reasons, but comments from A. Cooper’s friends report he is “appalled at the treatment she is getting from the public.”

 

Cooper’s dog was adopted three years ago and has struggled with leash training and obedience. A. Cooper has admitted her wrongdoing in having the dog off a leash in The Ramble and during the quarantine. Her plans were to get the dog to an open, relatively empty location for the dog to defecate and urinate and return home before any issue arose from the unleashed dog.

This creates a hype that real fashionistas can buy a product and enjoy the quality, especially during times like these when everyone has lost their jobs.” Says David.

As with many other businesses, David has been struggling due to the pandemic. People are less willing to spend money on luxury items because they do not have a lot of money to spare on non-essential items. David and his team are trying to adapt to the situation by making good clothing that can be worn both indoors and outdoors.

“Right now the main obstacle we are facing is Covid-19. We are trying to be more creative with how we make products to ensure we’re creating products that are comfortable that can be worn at home and when you’re outside. Our goal is to continue to sell attainable price points but not be cheap on quality and create too many products that may saturate the brands longevity and branding.” Remarks David.

David is an excellent rags to riches tale that shows how dedication and hard work can get you far in life. His trial and error process led to him refining his brand and finding the right niche that fit his brand. He started his company with only 500 dollars to his name and is now a multimillionaire. 

“I really started from the very bottom. Coming to Canada from Slovakia, my mom had to sew in the basement for brands to ensure she could take care of her kids while paying the bills and feeding them. I started the brand with $500 and now it is a multi-million dollar company. I employ a lot of young employees and give them an opportunity to work in fashion. I mostly hire people with passion and a hardworking personality like what I had growing up when creating my brand.” David Claims.
