Adam Redolfi Talks Dominating Miami’s Scene and Emerging as the Go-To UHNWI Global Investment Advisor

Valued at over $3 trillion in 2021, the real estate industry is home to innovators, changemakers, thought leaders, and visionaries who have made significant contributions toward the advancement of the field and continue to propel its growth. Among the power players in this highly competitive sector is Adam Redolfi, a managing partner at Barnes whose intercontinental market knowledge and extensive experience have allowed him to serve as the go-to global investment advisor for a long list of UHNWI.

Widely recognized as one of the very few authorities in the world with an in-depth understanding of all global cities such as Miami, New York, London, Paris, Dubai, and more, Adam boasts an impressive track record that speaks of his passion for helping clients achieve their goals. So far, he’s maneuvered those under his wing in the direction of what they want in over 20 different destinations.

His real estate advisory career spanning over a decade, Adam first made his mark in Miami. Shortly after he dipped his toes in the scene, he managed to break several records, rising as the highest producer under the age of 30 in Miami with over $250,000,000 traded in just a span of two years.

In 2014, the then twenty-four-year-old acclaimed advisor had the honor of standing at the helm of Barnes International as its director. Following his appointment, he was able to build an international team and train them to operate on a global scale.

Eventually, Adam started making bolder moves when he realized that while real estate – and real estate knowledge, in particular – has always remained local, HWNIs are setting their eyes beyond borders. “I rapidly understood that HWNIs are always eager to diversify but do not necessarily have the time to travel,” he shared. “So I started traveling and giving dozens of conferences all around the world, from Rio and London to Dubai and Shanghai, meeting investors directly at their location and giving them the full picture of different markets.”

Soon enough, Adam emerged as a trusted consultant, advising more and more UHNWI over the years. Right now, he is enjoying his spot at the top of the game. His position as one of the industry leaders in Miami can be credited to his all-out efforts in the past decade and the extent to which he has given real estate a wealth management and private office approach. Highly driven by the overarching goal to deliver tailored solutions in response to the needs of his clients, the Barnes managing partner is also acclaimed for delivering his promise to every HNWI investor looking to make remote decisions and diversify their assets.

Despite the portfolio attached to his name and the accomplishments under his belt, Adam plans to keep going full-throttle and address the needs of a growing number of foreign investors who are hoping to invest in global hubs. “Without a true private office advisor, these investors have their hands tied,” he said. “My goal would be to facilitate access to data that would make it easy for investors in any country to ease the diversification for all types of buyers.”

Acting, Directing, Producing: Grace Wan Does It All

Many people in the entertainment industry specialize in one field, whether acting, directing, producing or something else entirely. Grace Wan, on the other hand, is one of the rare few who can do it all.

A Jack of All Trades

Wan’s rise to fame began at an early age. She was well aware of her talent and had no qualms about sharing it with the rest of the world. She started ballet at age five and went on to learn how to play the piano, guitar, bass, and drums. She also frequently performed at talent shows, both playing instruments and singing. She received level 5 and 6 certificates from the Royal Conservatory of Music, and was never one to hide her talents – instead, she made them known to everyone. This early success Wan attained in life fueled her desire to work and thrive in the entertainment sector.

The Canadian native has been in the show business since the early 2000s, with both on and off-camera credits. Early in her career, she worked as a production assistant for an independent film. She began her career as an actress, acting in films such as “Shampoozled” and “Family Portrait,” but quickly moved into directing and producing, creating productions such as the short film “Hawaii,” for which she has also acted as composer and editor. The 3-episode Netflix documentary “Coronavirus, Explained” is one of her most notable works as a director, and her latest project, “Done,” a film about Christian baptism, is a must-see for any fan of her works.

An Example for Others

Wan’s impressive milestones demonstrate her passion for her craft and work ethic. Her success is also due to her willingness to take risks and experiment. She is fearless in trying new things, which has helped her become one of the most flexible and successful individuals in the field. Not everything Wan tried was successful; however, this never stopped her from achieving so much more.

“Don’t give up on your dreams. If, at first, you don’t succeed, try something different that makes you happy and successful. For example, if you’re in a band, don’t limit yourself to one instrument: sing, write songs or play the piano, guitar, bass, or drums. Show your abilities and talents to everyone. Try everything, and that will lead you to success in more than one field.” Grace shares.

No matter what role she’s playing – whether behind the camera or in front of it – Wan always brings her enthusiasm and energy to the project, and audiences can’t help but respond. She is a force to be reckoned with and has proven this time and time again.

MW Entertainment Group Knocks it Out of the Park with Debut Mobile Game ‘Knuckle Mania’

The gaming industry has been seeing an upward trend since the early days of Arcade Gaming. PCs and consoles have brought the gaming ecosystem inside the household, while handheld devices have brought portability to the entertainment space. Furthermore, the rapid progress of technology has equipped a majority of the general population with powerful smartphones capable of running games and other apps at the tip of our fingers. In turn, this development has ushered in the age of mobile gaming, an industry that is projected to become bigger than ever.

MW Entertainment Group stands at the forefront of the mobile gaming industry as it plans to introduce a slate of four innovative mobile games poised to shake up the market. As per a Stern/NYU Case Study, the mobile gaming industry is projected to have over a 12% compound annual growth rate in 2026, in light of the global pandemic. Founder and CEO of MW Entertainment Group, Matthew Whiteman, hopes to accelerate this projection and capitalize on the ever-growing market by offering games as fun as they are innovative.

“Knuckle Mania” is the first title that MW Entertainment Group hopes to release. As an All-American brand, MW Entertainment Group is only right to create a baseball game that people will know and love. Hoping to bring America’s favorite pastime to mobile screens everywhere, Matthew Whiteman and his team have crafted a mobile game that eliminates the unnecessary complexities of its predecessors.

Matthew maintains that the most important aspects of a video game are fun and replayability. Unfortunately, most mobile baseball games these days have failed to reproduce this critical element, making the thrill of baseball infrequent and fleeting, a polar opposite of the sport that Americans hold dear to their hearts.

“Knuckle Mania” hopes to veer away from the immense cognitive load required in today’s mobile gaming market by offering a game that is actually fun to play. With instant gameplay and an easy-to-use interface, there is never a dull moment with “Knuckle Mania” and its “snack-sized gaming” aspect. Instantly playable and infinitely replayable, the MW Entertainment Group is hard at work in creating an unforgettable mobile gaming experience with its first-ever title.

“Knuckle Mania” is currently at the culmination of back-end app development and is kicking off its Beta Testing phase by November 2022. Matthew Whiteman hopes to bring his vision to life soon as he navigates MW Entertainment Group to even bigger success in the years to come. As an American patriot, Matthew has built his brand to embody the true American spirit, and a great way to reflect that is through their premier mobile baseball game.

Matthew Whiteman is a disabled combat veteran making his company a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). He was medically retired from active duty service in the US Army in November 2014. Prior to his foray into the world of mobile gaming, Matthew took his shot at being a screenwriter and wrote for episodic television and feature films while he was attending 18 months of film school in San Diego at Palomar College.

Matthew wrote an episodic TV series about professional baseball, one short film, and two feature films. His TV series “San Diego Glory” captured the attention of Unity Motion Pictures out of Vancouver, BC, but failed to reach a pre-production contract. In March 2020, he established MW Entertainment Group, focusing primarily on mobile video gaming entertainment.

“Knuckle Mania” will be the company’s dynamic entry into the world of mobile gaming and is created in partnership with Red Apple Technologies and Tatum Games LLC. As MW Entertainment Group ventures into hyper-casual mobile game design, Matthew still offers screenwriting services and a library of screenwriting works on top of their mobile games. “We wish to develop the highest quality, highly enjoyable mobile games and film/television screenwriting through continuous research and end-user development,” shared the firebrand entrepreneur.

Visionary Jarret Freeman Will Be Running for School Board in Hackensack, New Jersey

Education is inarguably one of the most valuable things any person could have. And although there are many ways and avenues where people could learn, going to school remains the preferred route for many. As such, it is essential to ensure that the quality of the educational system remains top-notch. Cognizant of this, Jarret Freeman has taken on the crucial mission of making a difference by elevating education.

The inspiring man has established a strong presence in his community as a respected business owner and leader. He is the founder of Merrick Consulting LLC, an enterprise that seeks to help small and starting business owners navigate the complex parts of building a venture. Using his expertise and extensive experience, he educates business owners by working through new laws, pending legislation, and rising policy issues to help them offset their risks. “As a consultant to businesses in different and diverse sectors, I understand how to identify various risks of public policy and the ways in which different sectors will be affected,” the entrepreneur shared.

But above having such impressive credentials, Jarret is a staunch advocate for learning. His passion for education is not only seen in how he mentors his clients. But he is also an operations manager at a school. Through this position, the insightful man has gained a profound understanding of the things that should be done to improve the educational quality of his community.

Aware that he has the skills and capacity to promote positive change, Jarret has decided to run for the city of Hackensack, New Jersey’s school board, this coming November 8th. The visionary’s primary mission is to strengthen the city’s education system. As he perceptively explained, “Often overlooked, the school board plays a pivotal role in shaping the policies that impact how the young people of my city are impacted, how they learn, and how they engage and interact with one another. Most importantly, how the sum of all these things translates into who they shape out to be as citizens of our society. This move is for all of us.”

Aside from his passion for education, what sets the incredible leader apart is his genuine commitment to the community. He is a bonafide social justice advocate and was a member of a task force to support the President of Haiti in his development efforts for the country and its people. In addition, he is a former representative of the United Nations.

Ultimately, Jarret Freeman remains steadfast in his mission to help other people. On top of his bid to run for school board, the remarkable individual is already planning and preparing to launch his own educational-focused foundation that aims to give back to his community.

All of these combined are a testament to the outstanding man’s unrivaled competency to elevate the educational system of Hackensack. In addition, his stellar track record is proof of his dedication and relentless drive to fulfill any goal he has set his mind to. “This sounds like a political stump speech, but it’s not, and this is something I’m going to do,” he declared confidently.
