Amidst the unprecedented tragedies, Shawn Fair has gone full throttle in advancing the agenda of “The Leadership Experience.” Most recently, the project has welcomed yet another top-level speaker to the mix—Dr. Nakita Davis.

The minister and trainer is an official member of For(bes) the Culture, an elite group of leaders of color bent toward creating a world without systemic racism and apartheid; and an AT&T Dream in Black Future-Maker Honoree, an honor she shares with the likes of Queen Latifah, P. Diddy Combs, KeKe Palmer, and Rev. Al Sharpton. Dr. Davis has also received the Presidential Volunteer Service Award twice under former US President Barack Obama’s term. In 2021, Nakita also appeared on the Global Trade Chamber’s “Top 100 Successful Women in Business” list.
