All gas no brakes: The Falcon Motor Group story

In 2013, after quitting his sales and marketing job, Victor decided to pursue his dreams of owning a business. Victor took a risk and purchased his first vehicle at an auction through his friend’s dealer’s license at the age of 21 with only $1500 to his name. That purchase cost him big time. Fast forward a few years later, Victor started to get the hang of the business, merging into higher mileage luxury vehicles like BMW, Audi Mercedes. “I struggled at the beginning trying to figure out myself and what I wanted to gain out of the car business and decided I wanted to have a niche and focus on selling European cars.”

In 2017, Victor Falcon opened up his own dealership and service shop, and Falcon Motor Group was created. He opened a shop on a dirt lot and sold about 20 cars a month all by himself. He was a one-man show doing everything from sales, calls, ads and even detailing cars. At the time, he couldn’t afford to hire anyone. His father decided to quit his job to help him with operations, and so, therefore, he cashed out on his 401k (about 60k) and gave Victor the money to purchase more cars. Victor states he always had a vision of selling high-end exotic cars in an indoor showroom, but at the time, it seemed impossible. In 2019, Victor was finally able to make his dreams happen and opened his first indoor showroom.

In 2020, he was searching a co-part auction with his best friend Will, looking at a salvaged Audi r8, wishing one day he would be able to afford a car like that. His friend Will introduced him to a client of his, Eric Elbaz, who was a big car collector and a successful entrepreneur who blew up in the real estate business with his partner Eric Voss. After initially meeting, we decided to go into business together and fast forward to now 2021. At the age of 28, he and his business partners own one of the largest exotic showrooms in central Fl, and their business has expanded nationwide, selling vehicles to customers all over the USA. It didn’t happen overnight. They had many ups and downs for the first six months, but they continued pushing and worked day and night to make the dream happen, and now they have six employees and do about 3 million dollars in revenue every month. His biggest takeaway from all this is to take a risk and work hard for what you want because as long as you do, the sky is the limit.

Courtney Hizey on Her Photography Journey and Her Life Behind the Lens

More than capturing moments, preserving milestones, and documenting memories, photography allows people to share personal stories filled with faces and places that are close to their hearts. Throughout the years, photographs, in whatever shape and form, have truly become an essential part of everyone’s lives. In the case of Courtney Hizey, it is shown that photography is not only a hobby, but it is also a reflection of one’s vision and art.

For over nine years, Courtney Hizey has been gaining nods and accolades from couples and families because of her breathtaking, timeless, and creative photographs. On a mission to take her craft to greater heights, this award-winning and published photographer has lived, photographed, and traveled across different places. She has lived in and established her business in GA, FL, NC, and MA, and on top of that, she has done destination weddings in Aruba, and Myrtle Beach, New York City, and many others. Truly, there’s no denying that Courtney Hizey is willing to go the extra mile in taking the best photos and telling heartfelt stories.

With her brilliant flair and creative prowess, Courtney Hizey has been featured on many occasions in People Magazine, Us Weekly, TWINS Magazine, Boston Moms Blog, and Basic Invite. On top of that, she has also appeared in two Lifetime television episodes to take newborn, family, and wedding photos. “We were the main photographers for the Married at First Sight Season 6 in Boston and were then asked to come back for the couple’s newborn session,” she said.

Currently, Courtney Hizey has a small team of other photographers who have been working with her for many years. In fact, the visionary leader works hard in training these individuals to represent her brand. Because of how well they all work together, they are more of a family than they are a professional cluster.

Proving to be unstoppable at her game, Courtney Hizey received the best of the best photographer award in 2020. At that time, it was actor and comedian James Corden who announced her name as the winner.

In an interview, Courtney Hizey shared that photography has always been a huge part of her life. “I was always fascinated with the camera. I’m a bit of a nostalgia nut and will currently spend my spare time looking through old photographs or those on Facebook,” she explained.

Although her passion for the sentimental aspect of photography blossomed early on, Courtney Hizey’s interest in the technical side of her craft did not arise until her son was born. “I began documenting my son’s milestones with the camera and became more and more interested in perfecting each photo,” she said. “Being creative by nature, I loved the editing part of the journey. I took as many classes and workshops as I could,” she added.

Since Courtney Hizey is a former teacher, working with families and children was something that came easy to her. According to the photographer, she enjoys nothing more than having this group of people as her subjects.

Aside from being a beacon of excellence and trustworthiness in the world of photography, Courtney Hizey also strives to embody a sense of social responsibility. “We are always giving back to local and national organizations,” she said. True enough, the well-renowned photographer is known to give back to her hometown whenever the opportunity to do so arises.

As someone who has always been passionate about helping others, Courtney Hizey donates hundreds and thousands every year to Pediatric Cancer, Miles for Miracles (Boston Children’s hospital), and many more. She is also notable for her fundraiser sessions geared towards giving back to organizations that are important to her and to people she knows.
