Aaron-nae Dayona Denby: Making Lemonades Out of Life’s Lemons

There are numerous stories of individuals who defy the odds in today’s world, tackling life without anything on their backs but their dreams, passion, and unwavering determination to succeed. As one of those with an indomitable spirit and unyielding determination, highly accomplished social media influencer and entrepreneur, Aaron-nae Dayona Denby hopes to inspire people around her and drive home the point that one’s humble beginning should not be a hindrance to future success.

Hailing from New Jersey in a small town named Gouldtown, Aaron-nae Dayona Denby is a 22-year-old carving a path for herself in life through sheer determination and hard work. At 17, Aaron-nae graduated from high school and immediately applied to college to be a social worker because of her deep love for helping people. However, after two years, she left the program as she realized that the learning system does not cater to her practicality.

As Aaron-nae continued searching for her one true purpose in life, she found work in a daycare center, nurturing kids. Soon after leaving the center, she applied for a six-month program at the Prism Career Institute in Cherry Hill, NJ, to become a certified medical assistant, where she graduated. However, after the program ended, Aaron-nae decided that healthcare was, after all, not her path.

At 20, Aaron-nae found work as a housekeeper. The job afforded her the much-needed stability as she finally moved into her own apartment after being homeless and got a new car. As the position and financial stability marked a critical phase in her life, Aaron-nae wanted more. She says, “even though I had all these things at a young age, it just still wasn’t enough for me.” She continued, I just knew I couldn’t stop there. I have been looking for my purpose in life for so long I just wanted to finally find what it was that I was called to be.”

Fueled by the determination to find her passion, Aaron-nae started her clothing business in July 2020. While making plans to take her clothing brand global, life dealt Aaron-nae another blow as she got jumped by two of her cousins. The incident deeply affected her mental stability, and she fell into depression, fell behind on her bills, and could not step outside of her house as she feared an attack.

To get through the difficult times, Aaron-nae moved closer to God and prayed. She started getting better and became her old self, a survivor with an unbowed spirit. As the new year, 2021, rolled in. She began making investments in herself and her finances, taking sure-footed steps towards success.

As she sought out a better career for herself, Aaron-nae was deeply inspired by Spectacular Smith, an entertainer and keynote speaker. Aaron-nae found a mirror image of herself in his story and teaching, and it finally felt like a homecoming. A true embodiment of believing in oneself, trusting the process, and putting God first, Aaron-nae is currently enrolled as a spectacular academy student. She is also a trader in SBC Management HFX and is also working with ZonBase to start her online store on Amazon.

Aaron-nae Dayona Denby understands that many people like her having a rough patch in life with no one to talk to. To spread encouragement and positivity, she started an Instagram chat room called BEAUTYzzTalkInspiration, a community of support for everyone.

Having found her path, Aaron-nae Dayona Denby continues her climb to success and hopes to become a successful businesswoman with a global clothing brand in the next five years. She also wants to travel the world to meet new people and help them find their path. She has her fair share of detractors; Aaron-nae encourages everyone to find the courage to step out in faith and know they can be anything they want to be as long as they believe in themselves and start taking action.

D.R.E.D.I.T is an artist carving a path for himself in today’s music scene.
