Dr. S. Charles Lee believes that critical leadership skills are needed to meet a person’s professional and personal objectives. With this in mind, he founded LeaderOptics, LLC, which is a management consulting firm focused on leadership development.
LeaderOptics has created a program that identifies four ways to approach leadership: vision, strategy, impact, and share. This program shows how to integrate and apply these tactics to become a better leader. With mentoring and coaching made available to both personal and corporate clients, Dr. Lee helps them achieve their goals through reflection and building strategies that work for them. These strategies are not only applicable to a work environment, but can also be applied to parenting, relationships, and spiritual life.
Believing that success is in the details, Dr. Lee works with his clients to get to the root of their issues and provides a system for them to improve their situation, which leads to better opportunities and growth. This process allows clients to demonstrate their best attributes while cultivating a non-abrasive approach to improvement.
He wants to teach leaders how to cultivate other leaders while maximizing every opportunity available for development. His approach to enhancing leadership skills is real, honest, and encouraging.
Aside from his work at LeaderOptics, he has also written a book titled Winning Season. This book is a semi-autobiography filled with stories, anecdotes of his experiences, and life lessons. In this book, he discusses how setbacks can be utilized to provide an opportunity for growth. He is a proponent for embracing one’s truth and using that to reclaim purpose.

Dr. S. Charles Lee is currently based on the east coast of the United States. He has a doctorate in Business Administration and a second doctorate in Ministry and Theology, with an emphasis in Christian Counseling. Dr. Lee is passionate about the word of God, business, people, and the arts. He has also written and produced music for choirs, praise teams, and his group Reverence. He lives his life continuously making a good impact on people from different walks of life.
