Describing the operational process for her company, “iC.A.R.E. Leadership teaches leaders how to transform and humanize the employment experience, Head-Hands, and Heart by Cultivating Authentic Relationships to Empower (C.A.R.E.) for the employee and themselves. A leader must never feel guilty about taking the time for themself. My company is present to partner with the leader to put their mask on first before attempting to help another person put on their mask. In this partnership, Shawn’s technique of helping leaders identify their blind spots and Lisa Yvette Jones’ self-care technique are bound to make a perfect match and yield a new crop of impactful leaders in the world.

Lisa Yvette Jones believes that being in a leadership position should be healthy, enjoyable, and holistic regardless of the job’s complexity. Thus, she wants to see as many leaders as possible enjoy a life where they overcome their struggles, care about themselves, and ultimately care about the people they lead. For the next few years, her goal is to build iC.A.R.E. Leadership LLC into a leading company that assists other agencies with value addition to their leadership teams while developing heart-centered transformational leadership strategies for them. “Nobody should struggle with being a high-performance transformative heart-centered leader who cares for those in their care as well as caring for themselves. My team and I will partner with the leader to MRS- Maximizing their influence, Relationships, and Self- Care, with Confidence, Courage, and Care,” she said.
