Facing False Accusations and Being Ostracized by Society: Events that Uprooted Mark F Smith’s Content Life
Mark F. Smith has always been successful in his field. His candor as a sales professional primed him for financial success from an early age. With many sales awards under his belt, he was content. It was then that, all of a sudden, he faced multiple false accusations that changed the course of his life.
His marriage was the first to get dismantled. And then, parental alienation caused him to lose his children. Coincided with these tremendous personal losses were his finances and his standing in the community. Ostracized by the society that once respected him, he became, in his own words, ‘nothing more than a statistic in the Family Law System already biased against men.
As circumstances around Mark F. Smith continued to worsen, his anxiety worsened – leading him to contemplate ending his own life.
“I prayed to god to take me but didn’t answer,” – he says. With his life at the bottom, he decided to risk everything.
Mark F. Smith writes, “I took the biggest risk of my life by investing in myself.”
Strengthening the Resolve and Taking Charge of his life
It is hard for a man to find motivation when surrounded by darkness. When there is no one around you that you can look up to, no support, and no guidance, you have to look deep within and scratch the bottom of your psyche to bring out a positive mental attitude.
“Our purpose is found on the other side of our pain,” said Mark F. Smith.
He decided to invest in his mindset and was able to leverage his sales knowledge to get new clients. And his efforts proved fruitful. In small increments, he began to build up his net worth.
To rebuild his net worth, he started his real estate investing journey, buying distressed properties and rebuilding them from the inside out. But Mark F Smith didn’t want to stop there.
“I wanted to help others rebuild their personal lives or change the trajectory of their family’s lives through generational wealth created from real estate investing,” says Mark F. Smith.

Mark F. Smith reminisces how, being seduced by complacency and comfort, he let his guard down. It made him ignore the warning signs around him, and when the universe tested him with all its might, he had to find a way to rebuild himself.
“Complacency and comfort first seduce you, then paralyze your potential, and ultimately kill it,” Mark emphasized.
The ZH Consulting firm founder asserts the need to step into discomfort and pain to move forward.
“You must step into the pain, dance with the pain, and learn from the pain.” – he writes.
“To this day, I am faced with the greatest challenge of all, being uncomfortable every day to push on my growth.”
