Blake, who began his fitness journey at a young age, graduated college with a Bachelor’s of Science in Exercise, Sport, and Health Education with a Specialization in Fitness, Strength, and Conditioning. He then became a certified Personal Trainer through ACE and later became an ACE Fitness Nutrition Specialist.
He always wanted to learn as much as possible and decided to even further refine his abilities with Coaches Education and Lifting Certification through Totten Training Systems.
Growing up in a rural town, Blake always dreamed of becoming a football player. He started to work out and train to become one. However, what Blake thought was his calling turned out to be just a stepping stone to something greater than he could ever imagine. After giving up football, he did not give up his daily routine. Blake continued to exercise and workout and never missed a day in the gym. He was dedicated to bettering himself, but it was not until he discovered a workout plan by Cory Gregory called “Get Swole” that he decided to explore beyond what he thinks he can do and pushed himself for the better.
What he thought was his breakdown became the breakthrough that led him to where he is now: a fitness coach, personal trainer, and changing the lives of those around him.
“Your transformation is my passion and together, we will achieve your goals,” says Blake. For him, changing other people’s lives changes his life, and it has become one of the things that fulfill him every single day.
There are so many people that are waiting for their bodies to go firm with only a balanced diet. But Blake dishes out the truth and wants to remind everyone that nothing can replace consistency and hard work.
Today, Blake Holman is one of the best coaches in the industry best known for his refreshing take on fitness by transforming the body by eating the foods they love and ditching the cardio.
