‘Defense Ninjas’ Empowers Women to Be the Best Version of Themselves

The constantly changing world has forced everyone to adapt in many ways possible. While everyone is improving in their own right, women have become more accustomed to changes that merit both various aspects of themselves.

Empowering oneself includes physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual aspects, and empowerment in these areas can be achieved through different means. One could work on herself, or one could aspire to help another. With the kind of empowerment that the current generation demands, Defense Ninjas came to be.

Defense Ninjas is a fully customized learning program that trains women to master all areas of life. Their unique program promotes the use of self-defense to empower and accelerate their client’s growth. Defense Ninjas’ program comes with a guarantee to success that one’s motivation will fuel their aim to achieve their success.

Fauzia Lala founded Defense Ninjas. She trained in seven types of martial arts for 12 years and has first-degree black belts in two of them. Defense Ninjas came into existence when Fauzia realized that martial arts do not teach real-life self-defense. Fauzia envisions that through Defense Ninjas, empowerment begins from within that will radiate to all aspects of a woman’s life.

Fauzia’s education and training include Exercise Physiology, Neurolinguistic Programming Psychology, Health, Wellness, and Nutrition, and Life Coaching. Her extensive educational attainment and training in various fields deem her to be competent in the industry.

As part of the program, women learn real-life self-defense techniques based on threats that are commonly happening around them. Defense Ninjas have access to currently active police officers, so the company is well-aware of the attacks that happen to women. The database includes when women are in danger, how they are attacked, and where they are approached by harm, which will be used to enhance the client’s learning.

The real-life self-defense techniques are customized for every client and their day-to-day lives. If one is a runner or hiker, they work together on walking, running, and falling self-defense. If a person loves to go to parties, they work on sleazy grab escapes and counter-attacks. For every client scared of being kidnapped or raped because she is out late at night, they are taught standing and ground techniques. Overall, they are taught how to use their surroundings to their advantage and use their small bodies to escape safely and efficiently within 30 seconds.

What sets Defense Ninjas apart is it is not a martial arts program. It is not a group class learning either. Clients are trained one-on-one by highly trained and educated professionals that offer fully personalized programs. Their program duration does not last for four-seven years, but only for three months.

The holistic program offered by Defense Ninjas assures five things. First, aid women to become strong in mind and body. Second, make women feel safe every day. Third, teach women to gain confidence in taking action. Fourth, it enables them to create and control their lives. And fifth, be able to learn and apply real-life skills.

Defense Ninjas have put self-defense in a new light. Self-defense is not just keeping anyone safe from people. Self-defense – with its new definition – keeps anyone from the things that harm them.
