Typically, it takes a while to figure out one’s path in life and decide what one wants to do. Nevertheless, some others discover their way quicker and set about their journey early on. Fadi Amso has been working hard from an early age to build his personal brand and make a name for himself.
19-year-old Fadi Amso is an e-commerce business owner based in San Diego, California. From the age of 15, he already had big dreams and decided it was not too early to begin pursuing his goals and set out to accomplish his dreams. He worked hard to cultivate a social media presence and build up a sizeable following while trying to network and build relationships with the right people.
However, as a young teenager, Fadi found it hard to be taken seriously. Not only was his age working against him, but he remarks that he was also mostly clueless about what he was doing. On one of the days in his senior year, he remembers coming home exhausted and feeling crushed by the weight of all the ideas and expectations he was contending with. Despite this, he still possessed the unshakeable drive to become successful.
Fadi Amso spent a lot of time researching and eventually started an e-commerce business even though he was still new to this type of business venture. Nothing came easy, as one would expect, and there were countless hours of hard work and late nights. Ultimately, things did turn around and his business, “Sweet Grips,” turned out to be the foothold he needed, generating a ton of sales – in catering to the needs of the gaming community – giving him his first taste of success. A year later, he started Amazon FBA, which made things considerably easier. He was able to scale up quickly by leveraging on the large clientele already being serviced by Amazon.
At 16, he bought a 300-dollar camera from Craigslist with no intention of using it for anything other than leisure. It turned out that Fadi Amso had a hidden talent as his random photos and videos posted on Instagram began getting more attention than he anticipated. This led him to turn it into a business, and in time he was creating high-quality work for brands all over San Diego. Fadi remarks that being a photographer/filmmaker felt the least like a job to him of all his businesses.
“It was more of a hobby. I can go hours taking photos and videos and watch the time fly.”
Despite his successes, Fadi Amso remains grounded and focused. “Putting all my effort and being able to switch between e-commerce, Amazon FBA, and film making was not easy. Especially when I was still in High School, it was all a matter of time management.” One of the things that keep him going is the desire to be the best at what he does for his clients. He is dedicated to his craft and does not neglect any requirement to do the best job possible.
Ever since he launched out, his passion and hunger for success have remained unchanged. IN the coming years, Fadi Amso plans on operating multiple e-commerce businesses and hopes to build a team that will provide the same high-quality work that he exemplifies globally. He also plans on going into the Real Estate business for long-term investment.
