Winning the real estate game entails knowing a lot about gaining leads. Unfortunately, that area is where many realtors struggle with today. That’s where real estate expert and successful entrepreneur Kelton Baker comes into the picture. As an aspiring master of sales and investment, he is now teaching real estate professionals how to win in the property market.
“What motivates me to do what I do is to help people create sustainable wealth and change people’s lives for the better,” shares Kelton. “But ultimately, I hope to make people believe in themselves.” Kelton Baker helps real estate professionals understand the value of hard work and investing in oneself. He always advocates for people to become the best version of themselves.
The real estate and business guru’s ultimate goal is to inspire others, pushing them to grow themselves past their most extraordinary imagination. “I do everything in a way that will help people,” adds Kelton. “That’s my greatest passion.”
Kelton Baker grew up in a humble home with five boys. He was the fourth child. His parents created a traditional home. Kelton’s dad worked, and his mother stayed at home to take care of the kids. The Baker parents never held back on teaching their children important lessons. They taught their boys how to develop an abundance mindset.
At the age of eleven, Kelton would build a great interest in Robert Kiyosaki’s Cashflow 101. Through the game, he would develop a greater sense of financial literacy and business savvy. When Kelton turned thirteen, Kelton picked up a Bigger Pockets subscription and began studying all that he could about real estate. When his parents first looked into investing in property, he tagged along. He asked a lot of questions and absorbed all the knowledge that he could. Kelton started working a plumbing apprenticeship job at seventeen to build up the wealth to start investing in property.
Finally, at the age of nineteen, Kelton Baker purchased his first house without a co-signer. He would then marry his now-wife, Rea, and the two started double-timing on their goals, working harder than most. As the value of properties went up in Kelton’s area, the property entrepreneur decided to cash in on his first house and then buy another one. He then decided to leave his job to go fulltime in real estate and opened up his own business.
Kelton would then start Full Swing Digital, a sales and marketing program that helps real estate investors and agents grow their lead generation strategy. His lessons and principles have helped many of his students gain up to fifteen new leads a week. What’s more, Kelton teaches all the activities necessary to nurture leads and turn them into sales. What makes Kelton stand out from most entrepreneurs is his drive and dedication to helping his clients gain valuable results. With years of experience in real estate, running Facebook ads, and investing in property markets, he brings real-life teachings with proven results.
In the future, Kelton Baker hopes to become one of the leading real estate professionals, buying properties for him and his family and teaching other realtors to do the same. To learn more about Kelton Baker, check out Full Swing Digital’s website and Kelton’s LinkedIn profile.
