How Karishma Donde Promotes Confidence With through Breathwork

“What is my life purpose?”

A question that we ask ourselves when we are on the verge of burnout, highly stressed & find ourselves stuck hustling in a job that we don’t even like.

Most of us believe that our purpose will be loud and when we know exactly what it is we’ll get an imminent sign that it’s finally here.

There’ll be no questions asked about what it is, only the innate knowing that it’s finally here.

We can quit our job, we can stop questioning ourselves & we’ll certainly have the confidence to live the life we have always desired.

But unfortunately, this is not how our purpose works. Our purpose is quiet, it’s subtle and it’s already within you waiting to be heard & seen.

It’s mixed with fear, passion, desire, excitement, motivation but often times it’s ignored. It’s scary, it’s unsafe, and it requires you to step out of your comfort zone and into the light.

Instead of focusing on what doors would open if you followed your deepest desires, it’s easier to focus on what would happen if you failed.

We get into a battle with ourselves and dabble with hundreds of “what ifs.”

“What if I am not good enough?”

“What if I don’t succeed?”

And instead of jumping in and taking a dive into the lake of our passions we decide to avoid, to struggle, to use externalities like drinking, food & overworking as an avoidance mechanism creating havoc on our systems: stress, anxiety & pain.

Life is meant to be easy.

Anxiety & stress is not our normal state.

This is what Karishma teaches in her coaching program. After being in the corporate struggle for almost a decade and suffering from high performing stress & anxiety, Karishma found relief through breathwork.

It was such a profound experience for her that she decided to start her Breathwork Coaching practice to help others unlock a state of flow, ease, and joy in their lives.

Breathwork is the #1 healing modality in the world, used by many ancient civilizations to release stuck emotions and trauma from the body.

Karishma now runs an affordable membership for those who want to experience the healing power of breathwork, to gain confidence & break free of their stress, anxiety & struggle.

She aims to break the mental health stigma and bring it to the forefront of conversation because the cost of numbing our emotions are high!

As a lifestyle guru, Karishma integrates a complete 360 method into her membership that enables people to heal themselves, connect with their purpose, and build the confidence to create the life they truly want.

Everyone is placed in this world for a reason. But only those who are willing to lean into fear and commit to themselves will unlock the key to happiness, joy & a passion-filled life.
