How Dr. Ndidi Ihim Helps in Building Every American Dream

Living the dream is an inspiration that surpasses all trials in the hopes of never giving up. A sense of motivation that pushes one to thrive amidst adversity and creates a whole new being that is ready to set forth for others to follow. For pharmacist turned entrepreneur, and author Dr. Ndidi Ihim, living the American dream is possible with the right mindset and support from the community.

Dr. Ihim was sixteen when her family migrated to the U.S., and her only dream was to obtain a doctoral degree. As she turned her dreams into reality, a paradigm shift towards her passion made her realize what she is meant to do – helping and inspiring others to succeed.

In 2013, she graduated cum laude with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Texas Southern University in Houston, Texas. While at the university, Dr. Ihim was involved in various leadership roles. She was the president, vice-president, and fundraising committee chair of the African Pharmacist Student Association, historian of American Society Health-System Pharmacy, and heartburn committee chair of the American Pharmacy Association. In 2012, she, along with her fundraising committee, raised $11,000 to provide scholarships for outstanding members and students of the African Pharmacist Student Association.

With an outstanding educational background, Dr. Ihim became a health professional with a doctorate degree, earning a six-figure paying job. However, she left her job to regain what she believed in what she was meant to do – helping and inspiring others to succeed. She started her entrepreneurial spirit by being a licensed Life, Health, and Annuity Insurance broker and found her way in the financial services industry. It was eventually leading towards opening Avim Systems, Inc., a holding company of several digital and service-based businesses.

Dr. Ihim launched Avim Credit Solutions to address her passion for helping healthcare professionals build their business credit or start their businesses without the need for personal credit. In this program, she is helping families improve and repair their personal credit and educating them on how to maintain a good credit standing.

As a licensed insurance broker, she is helping families to create wealth by getting them out of debt in less than nine years while building substantial savings at the same time. With her expertise in creating wealth, she has helped entrepreneurs in her community form business entities from scratch and position them for funding in the future. Her passion for sharing her adept financial literacy made her publish books, Delete not Dispute, and 12 Steps to Building Business Credit.

As she is engrossed in inspiring others to achieve their dreams and close the racial wealth gap, Dr. Ihim founded Wealth Stay. This non-profit organization provides training and educational materials to the public and entrepreneurial skills for the youth. Her global podcast of the same name has reached forty million people around the world.

Dr. Ihim’s passion for self-development and being a motivated individual has helped her accomplish the once impossible American dream, and now she is bound to share her legacy to the community who need it the most.
