Happiness Coach Giancarlo Molero on What It Takes to Create a Happier World

Living a happy and stress-free life in the twenty-first century is something most people can only dream of in a time that is plagued by a pandemic and the threats of war and economic instability. But happiness expert Giancarlo Molero begs to differ.

Giancarlo maintains that in the midst of a pandemic, one of the simplest things that people can do is to be more responsible and positive on social media. He believes that something as simple as leaving behind a positive comment on a friend’s post can create a chain reaction of positive deeds.

Toxic content and distressing images and information, things that are prevalent in social media, can potentially worsen one’s mental health. Giancarlo says that people must be aware of the adverse effects of exposure to negative content—anxiety, loss of sleep, stress, and hypertension are just a few of these physical manifestations.

One way for social media users to combat this is to monitor and modify their habits online and to set a limit for how much time they spend in these networks.

Giancarlo Molero is one of the experts leading the happiness movement worldwide. He is a certified happiness coach from the University of California, Berkeley. He studies the impact that technology has on people’s lives and finds ways to make social media a more positive experience for users of all ages, one of which is to leave behind positive content and comments to beautify online spaces.

He is a contributor at Thrive Global, a behavior change platform that reduces employee stress and burnout and unlocks their full potential. He also founded Toy Feliz, a Spanish community that promotes happiness.

Giancarlo is one of the co-founders of the happiness event of the year, the World Happiness Summit (WOHASU). WOHASU is a three-day event that unites the world’s leading experts in the science of happiness and well-being with a global audience to learn practical tools for a happier life. This movement has leaders all across the globe, dedicated to raising global happiness levels.

When he is not working as an international happiness influencer, Giancarlo Molero is an innovator, marketing expert, economist, and feature speaker with over 20 years of experience in different parts of the world. He holds a master’s degree in marketing.

His entrepreneurial spirit and creativity have benefited big-name companies such as BellSouth, Telefonica-Movistar, the Cisneros Group, and the DLB Group. Wherever he works, Giancarlo proves his invaluable worth as a researcher and marketer by going beyond what is expected of him.

His hard work and expertise is the reason why he is the managing director at Gimbal, a location data–powered advertising and marketing planning services company. Giancarlo has helped countless small entrepreneurs reach their target markets and boost their sales. He is also the co-founder and partner at Admazing.Co, the number 1 mobile game ad platform for brands, and Prozper.

Giancarlo’s philosophy in life is to constantly strive for improvement and to find creative and nontraditional approaches to established ways of doing things. His efforts have broken barriers in the fields of marketing.

Giancarlo Molero wants to empower people to take steps to make their environment a positive experience for everyone in it. He believes that a happier world is only possible when everyone is willing to make the necessary personal changes.
