Ghost Marketing embodies the popular business saying, “the business of every business is to stay in business.” This saying applies to every business, including restaurant businesses, which are the foci of Ghost Marketing. Restaurant businesses were part of the worst-hit businesses during the pandemic, and Ghost Marketing did its best to help as many restaurants as possible to stay afloat.

Ghost Marketing is a new full-service digital marketing agency in the Southeast, formerly called Viking Solutions. Its entire operation is based on an outsourced CMO that does not bear a hefty price tag. The agency has various services on display for clients to choose from; thereby, saving them from overpriced options and having only those options that they cannot afford.

Ghost Marketing delivers its services by observing the current trend in the industry to deliver tailored services to clients. While the agency is a restaurant-focused marketing agency, it also caters to other types of businesses as long as they need services like social media marketing, SEO, and content creation (graphic design, photography, and videography). The company has worked with restaurant brands like HipBurger, Tipsy Taco, Larkins Restaurants, Grill Marks, Smoky Dreams BBQ, Limoncello, Holy Molli, Sully’s Steamers, and CityRange. All of these restaurants have been able to stay in business while inventing new ways to serve their customers effectively, thanks to Ghost Marketing. It is also working on acquiring more restaurants as clients, as many restaurants are still trying to find strong footing after the COVID-19 pandemic.

The agency comprises a team that is familiar with South Carolina and conversant with the trends, events, holidays, buying trends, and algorithms. This local knowledge is what the agency uses when serving each of its clients, and it comes in handy when delivering tailored solutions. Ghost Marketing helps restaurants adapt to new situations, market trends and figure out new ways to serve their customers. It focuses mainly on businesses generating between $500,000 and $1 million in annual revenue.

Britton Briley started the company when he noticed that not many marketing companies care about their clients more than the money they stand to make. He decided to start something that can deliver true results to clients and ensure that their business grows. In his words, “Seeing our clients grow ultimately helps us grow but from behind the scenes, not in the spotlight. Seeing restaurants struggle during the pandemic truly set in stone why I started Ghost Marketing. To see the impact of the right way to market and help our clients’ brands grow, it fills our team with pleasure, knowing that we were there when these restaurants were struggling. It motivates us to search deeper and find new clients that need help as well.”

Britton hopes to expand the agency to North Carolina & Georgia in the next few years and hopefully cover the entire Southeast in the next ten years. Poor marketing can suffer any business, but Ghost Marketing aims to provide dynamic and up-to-date marketing solutions.
