George Castro and Premier Homes Celebrate Thirty Years of Changing Lives through Real Estate

Premier Homes Pros, considered one of the top and most competitive Real Estate companies in New Jersey, is not only in the business of selling properties. It’s in the business of changing lives. This year marks the organization’s third decade in the industry. After transforming into one of the top most productive Real Estate companies in the state in that period, Premier Homes looks toward the future with great optimism.

The prestigious property empire’s journey started over thirty-five years ago when its founder and president, George A. Castro II, moved from Colombia to the United States to pursue business opportunities. “My father told me, ‘You are going to the land of opportunity, so find some opportunities,’” George fondly recalls. After a few years in the country, he found a passion for Real Estate. George Castro then decided to become a Real Estate professional. In 1989, he picked up his Real Estate license. The rest is history.

Today, George is one of the country’s most prominent Real Estate personalities, influencers, and experts. He is a tycoon who leads one of the most effective Real Estate teams and has produced multitudes of Brokers in the Real Estate industry, earning him the nickname “The Broker of Brokers.” Today, he leads his company, Premier Homes, into realty greatness.

Premier Homes is a company with over thirty years of Real Estate experience tucked in its walls. The organization has sold over $50 billion worth of Real Estate and lead deals of over 21,000 properties for over 18,000 happy customers. Going through one of the worst financial crunches of all time, Premier Homes stands for resilience over time. Today, the Real Estate firm leads the way in setting an example for Real Estate brokers and companies all over the nation and world.

Premier Homes started as a franchise of one of the most prominent international Real Estate brands in the United States for its first few years. It operated as one of the top branches for a significant chunk of its existence. In 2015, the company decided to part ways with the franchise and forged its own path on the journey to entrepreneurial greatness.

In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, the company thrived like it never has before. In the past months, it has grown and produced at rates unheard of in the industry. With a great vision and a reliable team to back it up, Premier Homes looks to become the leading Real Estate company in all dimensions and aspects in the New York and New Jersey area.

Referred to in a 2005 NY Times article as “The Donald Trump of Elizabeth,” the realty giant is motivated to turn his company into an empire that stands through the test of time and continues to create more opportunities for investors and aspiring property owners for generations to come.

Looking forward to the many decades to follow, Premier Homes hopes to continue creating a positive impact in sellers’ and buyers’ lives. It also hopes to make a dent in history as one of the most efficient Real Estate brokerage firms of all time.
