Apart from its primary educational and sales operations, Cash Flow University also has a community service arm called The Cash Flow U Foundation. Through the foundation, Deron donates to different global causes. In fact, 20% of all their sales via their apparel brand is equally allocated to children suffering from malnutrition and to the movement in capturing and prosecuting child predators.
The entrepreneurial success and the life mission that Deron is now assuming stems from the experiences that he is not ashamed to tell others. He voluntarily dropped out of college during his freshman year because of financial problems. Deron never really pictured himself fitting into the mold built for everyone else. Deron has had a burning passion for entrepreneurship since he was young, and he wanted a life of freedom. It is with these desires that he triumphed. Looking back, he often tells others, “I think it ended up being the best thing that has ever happened to me.”
“There are two questions I love asking people,” Deron shares. “The first one is, ‘If time and money weren’t an issue, what would your ideal life look like?’ And two, ‘Is what you’re currently doing ever going to create that life for you?’” These are the questions that he has also asked himself in the past, and now he is using these to guide clients to reach their ideal lives.
Now an entrepreneur and an influencer with hundreds of connections, Deron plans to share his knowledge about business rearing with others. He envisions Cash Flow University to be a college alternative for business-minded people like him. As the CEO of the company, Deron leads by example and offers an opportunity driven working environment.
