The Real Housewives of Houston Organization was created with one goal in mind, and that was to make beauties the bosses in business. After witnessing how women lacked support and unity in the business arena, Chimere Bacon knew that she had what it took to make a difference in the lives of aspiring entrepreneurs.
At a young age, Chimere developed a passionate drive to learn. After finishing her bachelor’s degree in communications, she decided to continue to higher education and went on to obtain a master’s degree in business administration. Thereafter, she entered the corporate world and took on a managerial position.
Eventually, she explored her entrepreneurial side and established multiple companies, including Boss Up Houston Network and the Bmore Consulting Group, LLC.
Growing up surrounded by women of strength, courage, and stability, Chimere saw how the women in her life succeeded in their endeavors. Aside from hard work and passion, these women were able to reach their success through a strong bond with one another founded on genuine support.
However, after having been able to take a good grasp of the real business world, the rising entrepreneur immediately realized the struggles that women had to face in the business arena and the appalling lack of support.
She wanted to make a difference, and with this mission in mind, she founded The Real Housewives of Houston Organization in 2009. The organization was created to inspire, uplift, encourage, and help women in achieving their success. It serves as a strong support system for all women. The organization centers its support on empowerment, branding, and advertising. Chimere and her team provide support, advice, and resources to the members of the network and organization. They also provide an effective platform where rising entrepreneurs can thrive through advertising and branding.
The organization also works hand in hand with Chimere’s Boss Up Houston Network, a premiere television, radio, and podcast broadcasting company, transmitting through Comcast, Xfinity, AT&T, and all other streaming systems. The station brings in all the latest business, politics, sports, music, and other news.
The Real Housewives of Houston Organization and Boss Up Houston Network have a combined goal of helping women reach success. They have worked with entrepreneurs, business owners, lawyers, designers, and ministry leaders, among many others. The organization and network have also extended its support to include men and everyone else who are struggling to reach their dreams in the business world.
Whether starting up a small or big business, Chimere strives to provide the perfect avenue for start-up business owners, where they can come together, extend help to each other, and celebrate one another’s victories and failures as they march together towards business success.
